Journal article looking at the effectiveness and equity impacts of town-wide cycling initiatives in England. The paper examines the impacts of town wide infrastructure and promotion initiatives on the prevalence of travelling to work by bicycle using national census data (2001 and 2011 census), and considers interventions took place in the period 2005 to 2011.
