The Wuppertal Institute is internationally recognised for its interdisciplinary approach and systems understanding to deliver applied sustainability research. In 2005, the Wuppertal Institute and the United Nations Environment Programme jointly founded the UNEP/Wuppertal Institute Collaborating Centre on Sustainable Consumption and Production (CSCP). The Institute collaborates with a multitude of universities and institutes around the world. A scientific International Advisory Board supports the Institute in defining fundamental research strategies as well as ensuring the quality and independence of its research.
Impact assessment and cost-benefit analysis will be the main contribution to the project. The institute is currently involved in the TIDE (Transport Innovation Deployment for Europe) project, where it leads the cost-benefits assessment work stream and has carried out similar analyses for several policy measures and packages on city, regional and national level.

LuxMobility is a privately owned international consultancy in the field of Mobility and Sustainable Transport playing a major role in providing solutions for the growing mobility problems in cities worldwide. The permanent staff of LuxMobility has a vast range of knowledge and experience in the field of Mobility, Traffic and Transport as well as in Education and Training in these areas. It carries out work for the European Commission (especially DG move, DG Regio and DG research) and provides transport consultancy for local, regional and national governments.
Urban Planning Institute of the Republic of Slovenia activities includes research and expert development work in the fields of urban and regional planning and related disciplines. The institute is providing a key role integrating planning and mobility management to determine opportunities to integrate sustainable transport measures into urban transport plans.
